Itβs been to long
Gather βround, children. Let me tell you the tale of how I survived the longest offseason known to mankind.
It has been exactly 4,382 hours, 53 minutes, and 45 seconds since my heart was violently ripped from my chest during that brutal playoff loss. Doctors have called it βThe Dirty Roman syndrome β
Since that dark day, Iβve lived through enough character development for three lifetimes.
First, the neighbors I actually liked packed up and moved to New Orleans because their son, TJ Hall, got drafted by the Saints. Rude.
Then I bought my fiancée a brand-new car⦠which she lovingly introduced to another object just two weeks later.
Iβve attended two funerals, celebrated 15 years at my company, and rewatched every Chargers game worth rememberingβ¦ and a few that definitely werenβt.
