Chargers back-up's vs. 49er's starters. At least for part of the game. Josh Kelly 70+ yard touchdown. 267 yards of rushing. Feels like we are living in some kind of alternate reality. But come on... 38 yards of passing. Weren't we supposed to see what some of these receivers had to offer? Kind of hard to make any predictions from this game. Am I the only one that thinks most, if not all of those decisions are already made? So here is my question: Vic Fangio is the new defensive coordinator in Miami. Brandon Staley served as an assistant for Fangio and is touted as being from the Fangio coaching tree. They signed Jalen Ramsey in the offseason. Justin threw for 367 yards against them last year and embarrassed Tua. We only ran for 82 yards though. So I want to hear your projections just for passing and rushing yardage against the Dolphins in week 1. I know it is a little early for the game prediction. Personally, I think Staley put it on McDaniel last year and there were not a lot of games I would have said Staley outcoached the opponent, but he did in this one and we went on a tear. Beat the Dolphins, then the Titans, Colts and Rams. Just the opposite happened to the Dolphins, losing to us, then the Bills, Packers and Patriots. I think these boys are going to see this as a revenge game. I think Fangio is going to want to whip his protege. I will go first. Justin goes for 313 and 2 TD's and the run game is good for 112 and 1 TD. Know you boys are shamelessly positive and love ya for it. This year should be mighty entertaining. Hold on boys... here we go. FTC
