Happy New Year to our Peeps in the Charger Chat & onto one hell of an offseason⚡️ As I sit here tonight after our 11th loss, we currently sit at the 6th spot in the draft....I seem to remember picking up a certain kick-ass player at #6 a few years ago (Hoo Hah) Now onto my question: By now we all know the news of Harbaugh hiring an actual agent as of today, so IF...IF his agent is calling for a ridiculously high contract demand & we aren't able to grab him, do you have this funny feeling that they will go after Dan Quinn from the Cowgirls?? My thinking is they will go after him & hire him to pair with Kellen Moore & it'll be an excuse for them to say: "See, we got you an experienced Head Coach like you all wanted & we can keep Herbert with the same coordinator" 🙄🤔 Quinn would jump at it in a heartbeat & the Chargers wouldn't have to pay major bucks. Am I crazy to think they just might pull this crap on us??!! My question is this: After all the talk of Re-Setting after the KC defensive let down a few weeks ago, how the hell does Staley talk his way out his defensive crap-calling this week?? It's easy to call a good defense against High Scholl offenses like Chicago & NY, but when it comes to a decent offense, he mishandles it completely. Detroit is a good team yeah, but giving up over 500 yards on defense?? The only reason I didn't have to call 911 on my heart was because Herbie was on fire!! Props to our offense (despite some questionable calls from K. Moore at times). 38 points & 4 QB touchdown passes wins you games in the real world right?? Guys....we were thinkin' of ya Sunday WoolDog & Kev, knowing you two were at the game & congrats to Kyle on the new arrival.
