Oh Hello there!
I was expecting you to schedule this session. I know the season has started off rough. You’re probably losing your mind right now thinking of bagging it in for the year and projecting all your anger and disappointment towards the coaching staff the ownership, maybe even some of the players. That’s OK. As long as you’re not hurting anyone physically you can stay in these feelings as long as you’d like. I’m not here to judge you or tell you what’s right or wrong. But I am here with you, to help you get passed this.
Let me ask you this. How long do you want to sit with these feelings of the frustration, anger, and disappointment? There’s no right or wrong answer. Everyone has their process and takes the time they need to heal and get themselves back up. That’s the key. Picking yourself back up. We signed up for this. We signed up for living the highs, but there can be no highs without the lows. Just remember this…The possibilities are still endless we still have a shot. The seasons not over. And we are counting on you to show up. We need you. We need your energy. We need your hope.
